A red framed image on the Orders and Store Inventory pages means that the product is not in your MySYS product list or is not associated with an existing product.

Product registration or product association must be made so that MySYS can accurately track and manage your product stocks in all your stores, and display shelf and weight data on the order packaging slip. However, if you are not going to use these features, attribution is not required.

In order to associate, you must press the red button that appears on the upper right of the picture frame and select the product to be associated on the page that opens or define it as a new product.
