FBW (Fulfillment by Warehouse): Smart and Automatic Fulfillment Structure for Multi-Channel E-Commerce

FBW (Fulfillment by Warehouse) The feature was developed to respond precisely to this need. It's a fulfillment model. It works on a similar principle to Amazon's FBA system, but it's not limited to a single platform. Thanks to FBW, orders from different marketplaces can be automatically fulfilled through a single warehouse infrastructure.

Basic Working Logic of FBW

Based on FBW SKU matching logic is included. When an order comes in from a marketplace, if the product included in the order has been previously defined in the system and is available in warehouse stock, the system automatically recognizes this product.

For example, let's consider an order from your Etsy shop. When you enter the order details, the system redirects you to the customer shipping screen. At this stage, when you click the "get" button, the SKU information of the product in the order is compared with your warehouse inventory. If a match is found, the information that the product is in stock is displayed and you are asked for confirmation.

Upon confirmation, the system marks that the order will be fulfilled from the warehouse stock. This process becomes fully automated once the FBW configuration is complete, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
